Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat eggs until well blended.
Stir in oil, vanilla and lemon juice.
Blend in sugar and beat until mixture thickens.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Stir into egg mixture.
Dough will be soft.
Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheets 1 inch apart.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0.
Yields 3 dozen.
