Whiskey Or Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 Tbsp. white Karo syrup
1 1/2 Tbsp. cocoa
6 Tbsp. bourbon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and form into small balls.
If balls then to crumble, add a few
extra
drops
of
bourbon
to
the mixture. Roll each in
powdered
sugar
and
store in airtight container for about a week
to
ripen.
Makes
4 dozen 1/2-inch balls with approximately 60 calories per serving.
