Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

4 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
6 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 (30 oz.) can Libby's pumpkin pie mix
3 3/4 c. flour (not self-rising)
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
2 1/4 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. water
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix first five ingredients and set aside.
Mix next seven ingredients (do not sift) and add to first mixture, stirring well. Add water and nuts, mixing well. Bake at 300\u00b0 for approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Makes 3 to 4 loaves, depending on size of pan. Do not fill pans over 2/3 full.
