Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can pumpkin
    1 c. Wesson oil
    5 c. flour
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 c. water
    4 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, pumpkin and oil, then beat well.
    Add flour, salt, spices and vanilla.
    Dissolve soda in 1/4 cup water.
    Add to mixture and blend well.
    Add nuts, if desired.
    Bake in loaf pans or juice cans to make round slices.
    Fill cans only 1/2 full. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes or until done.
