Spinach Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 French stick
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot or sweet)
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 c. chopped spinach or broccoli, thawed and well drained
Preparation
    Cut top from bread. Remove bread from bottom.
    Saute sausage. Cool.
    Layer sausage, spinach and top with cheese.
    Wrap in foil and bake for 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Unwrap and slice.
    Serve warm.
