Wine Sauce Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. dry red wine
    1/4 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) can undrained mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving size pieces.
    Sprinkle both sides with salt, pepper and flour.
    Brown on both sides in hot oil.
    Drain off fat, add remaining ingredients, cover and let simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
    If needed, add more water if liquid boils away too fast.
