Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. horseradish, grated
1/3 c. chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives
2 1/2 oz. dried beef, finely snipped
Preparation

Blend cream cheese, horseradish and Parmesan.
Stir in olives. Shape in balls and roll in dried beef.
Wrap in plastic wrap and chill overnight before serving.
