Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
6 oz. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
3 5/8 or 4 oz. pkg. instant butterscotch pudding mix
3 1/2 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and evaporated milk.
Bring mixture to a rolling boil, stirring frequently.
Remove from heat and add pudding mix and rolled oats.
Mix together.
Cool 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoon on waxed paper or plastic wrap.
