1 ready prepared pie shell
1/2 c. cooked spinach
1 c. Ricotta cheese
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 c. half and half
2 eggs
Preparation

Line a 10-inch deep pan with pie shell.
Bake 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
Remove shell and lower heat to 375\u00b0.
