Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk with 1 tsp. vinegar and 1 tsp. baking soda
2 c. flour
2 ripe bananas
nuts
Preparation

Cream the margarine and sugar.
Add eggs and salt.
Blend well.
Alternately add buttermilk and flour to mixture, blending as you add each.
Add bananas and nuts, if desired.
