Dill Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 pkg. active yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. creamed cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
2 Tbsp. softened butter
4 tsp. dill seed or dill weed
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, unbeaten
5 c. flour (approximately)
soft butter
salt
Preparation
-
Soften yeast in warm water.
Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm and combine it with sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda and eggs.
Add softened yeast.
