Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 c. coarsely cut cranberries
1/2 c. chopped nut meats
1 tsp. grated orange peel
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. orange juice or pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.
Combine egg, oil and juice.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moist and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
