Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter
    3 ripe bananas
    pinch of salt
    2 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream
    butter
    and sugar.
    Add mashed bananas.\tMix dry ingredients.
    Add
    to banana mixture.
    Add eggs and buttermilk and vanilla.
    Put
    in\tgreased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Cover
    loosely
    with
    foil and bake 20 to 30 minutes longer or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
