Easy Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. milk
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) cook-and-serve vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine the first five ingredients; bring to a full boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cool for 5 minutes, stirring twice. Spoon into individual serving dishes. Can serve warm or chilled.
