Sugarless Banana-Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Sift flour and soda; add oil and sugar substitute.
Mix well until light.
Beat in eggs and remaining ingredients.
Beat until well blended.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
