Florida Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Stir only these 4 ingredients together.
Roll in ball, 1-inch in diameter.
Flatten with fork.
Bake on greased sheet at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 11 minutes until light golden brown.
Makes about 30 cookies.
