Poppy Seed Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. poppy seed
3 eggs
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, poppy seed and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat eggs with milk, oil and vanilla until blended.
Stir liquids into dry ingredients until smooth. Mix in nuts. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
