Aunt Red Bug'S Orange Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, unbeaten
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/3 c. water
    3/4 c. pecans
Preparation
    Beat first 7 ingredients on high speed for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Add dry ingredients with orange juice, water and pecans.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
