Cleo'S Health Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. yeast
3 1/2 c. water, warmed
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. molasses
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. flax seeds
1/4 c. cracked wheat
1/4 c. sunflower seeds
4 tsp. salt
7 c. whole wheat flour
4 c. white bread flour
Preparation

In a small bowl, proof yeast by mixing with 1/2 cup warm water and sugar.
Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together the second amount of warm water, honey, molasses, oil, eggs, and lemon juice. Mix well.
Add yeast mixture and stir.
