Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

    2 c. corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. sugar
    cheese, grated
    jalapeno peppers to taste, chopped
    buttermilk (just enough to get moist)
Preparation
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until done.
