Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Add zucchini, then add flour sifted with salt, baking powder and cinnamon. Add 1 cup nuts (more or less). Bake in two greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour or until done at 350\u00b0. If using glass pans, reduce oven temperature to 325\u00b0.
