Blueberry Scones - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. sugar plus more for sprinkling tops
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. cold unsalted butter (3/4 stick), cut into pieces
    1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries, picked over and rinsed
    1 tsp. grated lemon zest
    1/3 c. heavy cream plus more for brushing tops
    2 large eggs, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Adjust rack to center of oven and heat to 400\u00b0. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
