Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
dates, nuts or raisins (if desired)
Preparation

Grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugar, oil and zucchini. Stir in remaining ingredients until well mixed. Pour into pan and bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Turn out onto wire rack.
Let cool thoroughly before slicing.
