Stuffed Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box manicotti (12 shells)
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese *
    1 + c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 qt. spaghetti sauce
    1 lb. ground round
Preparation
    *I use low-fat, low salt Ricotta and lite Mozzarella cheeses. The original recipe also calls for 1/2 cup grated Romano or Parmesan cheese which I omit because of the fat content.
