Zucchini Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. Bisquick
    1 large can mushrooms
    3/4 c. cheese mixture (American, Swiss, Provolone, etc.)
    8 c. sliced zucchini
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix eggs, oil and Bisquick.
    Add remaining ingredients, leaving zucchini for last.
    Spray 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam. Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
