Zucchini Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. peeled, seeded and sliced zucchini, cut into slices to resemble apples
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook until zucchini is transparent and sugar is melted and syrupy.
    Dissolve 2 tablespoons cornstarch in small amount of water; add to zucchini mixture to thicken.
    Pour into 8 x 8-inch pan.
