Aloha Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 Tbsp. cold pack Blue cheese
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. chopped candied ginger
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and blend well.
    Spoon into 1-quart mold.
    Chill.
    Combine the next 5 ingredients and blend well.
    Spread over first layer.
    Refrigerate overnight; unmold. Garnish top layer with coconut and pecan halves, if desired.
