Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. ground beef
    5 medium onions, diced
    2 bottles medium catsup
    8 Tbsp. mustard
    8 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. water
    8 Tbsp. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. chili pepper
    2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    10 stalks celery, sliced
Preparation
    Ground beef and onions are to be browned thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 2 hours.
    If too bitter, add 1 or 2 tablespoons of sugar.
