Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. salad oil
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. minced zucchini, chopped fine (not peeled)
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Beat in sugar; add oil slowly.
    Add vanilla. Sift flour and dry ingredients; add egg mixture, nuts and zucchini.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Makes two 9 x 5-inch loaves or you may use 4 small pans and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
