Squash Bread (Cornbread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup corn meal mix
    2 eggs
    1 cup milk, sweet or buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. of oil
    1 tsp. salt
    2 fresh yellow squash, grated
    1 small onion, grated
Preparation
    Mix the ingredients together.
    Use Pam spray on a cast iron skillet.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Pour your mixture into skillet and cook in oven for about 1 hour.
    It will be the best cornbread you have ever eaten.
