Mcholt'S Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. raisins
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted

Preparation

Stir the dry ingredients together.
Add raisins and coat them well.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk and butter. Add to flour mixture.
