Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 small container Cool Whip
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 jar cut-up maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Mix pineapple and pudding; add marshmallows, Cool Whip, pecans and cherries.
    Chill.
    Serve.
