Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. finely shredded lemon peel
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, beat together egg, milk, cooking oil and lemon juice.
Stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, lemon peel and salt.
Add to egg mixture just until moistened.
Pour into a greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until bread tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan onto wire rack.
Cool completely.
Wrap and store overnight in refrigerator.
