Pesto Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. fresh basil leaves
2 to 5 cloves garlic, peeled
1/4 c. pine nuts
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (if you want to cut calories) or 1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation

Put basil, garlic, pine nuts and Parmesan cheese in food processor or blender.
Turn machine on and drizzle in lemon juice or olive oil.
Continue to puree until a smooth paste is formed. This sauce is delicious to spoon on top of broiled salmon steaks.
