Sugar-Free Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine (1/2 stick)
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    24 packets Equal sweetener (2 Tbsp.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine over low heat.
    Add chocolate and stir until melted.
    Remove from heat and stir in sweetener and vanilla. Combine chocolate mixture with cream cheese; beat until smooth. Stir in nuts and spread in lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate until firm.
