Yum Yum Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 (13.5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 (8 oz.) Avoset (whipping cream)
    1 (12 oz.) container cottage cheese
    4 envelopes unflavored gelatin
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin and sugar in 1 cup boiling water.
    Mix all ingredients and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Chill until set.
