Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
3 egg yolks (save egg whites)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cream butter.
Add sugar; cream.
Add eggs; cream.
Add flour mixed with salt.
Make little balls; flatten.
Make a hole in the center.
Brush with egg white; fill with marmalade (we use raspberry preserves).
