Saucy Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 can water
1/3 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brown pork chops.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Cover chops.
Simmer until tender or bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
