Zucchini Pie(Apple) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 c. zucchini, pared, seeds removed and cubed
1 1/4 c. white sugar
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice or cinnamon and allspice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. cornstarch (add a little water for thickening)
Preparation

Mix sugar, salt and spice with the zucchini.
Add lemon juice and cook until zucchini is soft.
Add cornstarch mixture and cool for a few minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown. Tastes like an apple pie.
