Raisin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. flour
3 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. raisins
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 2/3 c. milk
1/3 c. melted oleo
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Stir in raisins.
In separate bowl, add eggs, milk and oleo.
Add to other mixture, stirring only until moistened.
Do not beat.
Pour into two 9 x 5 x 2-inch pans, greased.
Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
Pour over top of mixture and swirl into mixture with knife.
Bake at 425\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
