Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 4.
