Easy Carrot Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. grated carrots
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix 2 minutes on medium speed.
Spoon into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes, or until done.
