Veal Or Chicken Marsala - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. veal cutlets
    4 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    garlic powder or salt
    salt and pepper
    1 stick butter
    1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    3/4 c. Marsala wine
Preparation
    Mix together the first 5 ingredients.
    Coat meat and brown in 1/2 stick of butter.
    Remove meat.
    Add mushrooms and onion; saute until translucent in the other 1/2 stick of butter.
    Add Marsala wine and meat; bring to a boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
    If sauce is thin, add remaining flour mixture. Serves 3 or 4.
