Zucchini Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small zucchini, grated
    1/2 to 1 onion
    6 to 8 broken saltine crackers
    1 to 2 eggs
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1/2 block Cheddar cheese, grated
    garlic salt, salt, pepper and grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Grate zucchini and onion and fry in butter slightly.
    Combine with all other ingredients in round casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
