Vanilla Icebox Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. oleo
    1 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Cream oleo and sugar.
    Add egg and vanilla.
    Beat until light and fluffy.
    Beat in half of flour. Then add the remaining flour to form a stiff dough.
    Add nuts. Roll out on floured board in 2 rolls.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
    May be left 10 days.
    Slice and bake at 375\u00b0.
