Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour two bread pans.
Blend shortening and sugar until fluffy.
(Oil is fine if you don't have solid shortening.)
Stir in eggs, pumpkin and water.
Mix in flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and spices.
Add walnuts. Pour into pans and bake for one hour.
After removing pans from oven, set pans on side to cool.
