Ingredients

2 sticks butter, melted
1 (1 lb.) box light brown sugar
1 egg
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
3 level Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix
all
together.
Refrigerate dough several hours or overnight.\tMake
into
small balls; put on cookie sheet lined with foil.\tPlace them about 3 inches apart.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 to\t8
minutes.
Remove
cookies
on foil and let them cool. Then peel foil off.
Use new foil for each pan of cookies.
