Ingredients

1 graham cracker crust
1 qt. mint chocolate chip ice cream
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
3 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Spread softened ice cream into the crust.
Freeze 2 hours. In saucepan, combine sugar, butter, chocolate and milk.
Heat, stirring occasionally, until thick.
Let cool.
Spoon over pie. Chill.
