Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) softened margarine
2 large eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
2 c. flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
1/4 c. water
Preparation

In large bowl at low speed, beat sugar, margarine and eggs until just blended.
Increase speed to high; beat 5 minutes. Reduce speed to low and add bananas and water.
Beat until well mixed.
Add flour, baking soda and salt; beat until blended.
Fold in nuts.
Spoon into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes.
Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely on rack.
