Chicken And Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 large carrot, thinly sliced
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1 can cream of broccoli soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    In skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.
    Remove.
    In an additional 1 tablespoon hot margarine, cook broccoli, carrot and mushrooms until tender and liquid is evaporated; stir often.
    Add soup, milk and pepper. Heat to boiling.
    Return chicken to skillet.
    Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink; stir often.
